I am pleased to be back at Harvey for the second year. It is a privilege to work with such awesome children, supportive parents, and professional and friendly staff.
My plan is to make this webpage informative and interactive for all who visit. If you have ideas you wish to share in that regard, please contact me.
If you have a child receiving speech/language services, please continue to reinforce at home, correct communication skills as outlined in his/her IEP. Your son or daughter will make more progress in a shorter amount of time when we work as a team to demonstrate that effective communication is expected in ALL environments.

* Reading to and with your child is an excellent way for him/her to hear the sounds of speech, the rhythm and intonation patterns, the sequence of words within sentences, correct word forms, and vocabulary. Discussing the story provides an opportunity for asking and answering "wh" questions, identifying characters and topic, and recognizing emotions (both within the characters and your child).
