Teaching Experience

I taught second grade for one year at Somers Elementary. Next I taught for 16 years at Lincoln Elementary in second grade.  I am currently completing my tenth year as a third grade teacher here at Harvey.  Yes, that does mean I have been teaching for 27 years.

Current Teaching Assignment I team teach with Sharon Slanchik and Andrea Shike in the areas of reading, writing, and math.

I was born in Cook County, Illinois.  I moved to Kenosha when I was a baby and have lived here my entire life.

Personal Info

My husband, Kevin, and I will be celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary in June.  We have two sons, Alex, 23, and Sam, 18.  I love to read and go to the movies.
